We also appreciated the helpful manager who assisted us with finding another driver when needed. The location was peaceful, with great restaurants nearby, and it was easy to find transportation to explore the surrounding area.

The decoration of the hotel was so beautiful and peaceful, with traditional Balinese elements. Everything felt so serene and it was a pleasure to spend time in the hotel's general areas. As a senior person, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. There were ramps and handrails available to assist with mobility, and the staff were always willing to lend a helping hand.

I would ask for better assistance for senior people. The children working there could benefit from more training in how to support and communicate effectively with older guests.
